- Usually not — the whole point is to connect what you already have. I assess what you're using and find the best way to make those tools work together. If a tool you're using genuinely isn't serving you, I'll tell you, but I'm not going to recommend switching just for the sake of it.

- I use Make (formerly Integromat), Zapier, n8n, and direct API integrations. I also work with platforms like QuickBooks, Gmail, Slack, Airtable, HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe, and many others. If you're not sure if your tools are supported, just ask.
- How much does automation setup cost?
- Pricing depends on a number of factors — what tools you're currently using, how many steps are involved, and what problem you're trying to solve. I'll need to understand your situation before I can give you an accurate number. What I can promise is a clear, fixed quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
- What if something breaks after it's set up?
